Pick Up Tickets In Person---Various Retail Outlet Locations--There is a $2.00 service charge per ticket. TICKET OUTLETS ONLY ACCEPT CASH.

We will have a ticket station available at the venue for you to buy advance tickets from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM on the day of the event (cash only). After this time, you'll have to wait until our doors open at 9:00 PM.

Sales at Door During Event:

Once we open at 9:00 PM, we will ONLY SELL INDIVIDUAL TICKETS for those that are present and entering the event (you will not be able to purchase multiple tickets for friends/guests that are not present). Additionally, we will only sell tickets to those ENTERING the event and in proper attire/dress code (we will not sell tickets to those coming to merely buy tickets with intentions of returning to event later). This is done to control capacity and for YOUR PROTECTION (so we don't have situations later in the evening with people unable to enjoy entry/admission with too many unused tickets in circulation outside the event/property).

In Atlanta, there are additional authorized outlets options added frequently (e.g., CD Warehouse locations).

Fair and Friendly Warning:
We have limited space at our events and LIMITED quantities of tickets sold in advance. Once we exhaust our allotted inventory, we will be SOLD OUT (so don't wait too late---smile). Don't worry...YES, we still sell tickets at the events (space permitting, of course). Thank you for understanding.
BEFORE you purchase a ticket, please be VERY AWARE of our DRESS CODE:
We reserve the right to deny entrance to any person (if warranted, we will happily replace your tickets or issue an immediate refund). Women must dress appropriately and not be over-exposed. Men must comply as well. For all attendees: no sneakers, no headwear, no sportswear, etc. (applies to men & women). In general, please DRESS UP...do NOT "dress down" at OSS Events. IF you have doubts or have to question your attire, PLEASE OPT TO WEAR SOMETHING ELSE. You have been advised & WARNED (we really don't want you to be embarrassed at the door---smile).

Walk-up Tickets will be sold at the door beginning at 9:00 PM

Print-At-Home Option:
Print-At-Home tickets with BARCODES printed on them are sent to you via email moments after you complete your order online. You MUST print the tickets with the BARCODES. The email is coming from order1@ticketalternative.com. BE SURE to add order1@ticketalternative.com to your list of approved senders. You must print ALL the ticket(s) in the PDF file attached to the email you receive and bring them to the event, NOT the confirmation receipt.

If You Have Trouble Printing:
Please bring your photo ID and the CONFIRMATION number from your purchase. ONLY THE NAMED PERSON can pick up the tickets at the event.
